The name stands for Quantum Universal Energetic System Technology where 9 is an ancient Indian symbol of infinity This is the next generation of the SCIO biofeedback device, with groundbreaking design, more effectiveness in use, faster matrix chip, dedicated (specific chips for function) ECG and EEG. As not all of you might be familiar with our company, here is a short summary of who we are and what we do:

• We have started the business in 1997, so we have been a significant player in the biofeedback industry for more than 20 years. Previously known as Eclosion Kft and Maitreya Kft, we are actually the company behind the development of the devices you have been able to use to improve your clients’ well-being for many years.
• Our first products were the QXCI devices. The name of the software back then was Clasp32, which many of you might still remember.
• Between 2002-2004 we developed the first SCIO Serial and USB devices.
• After 10 years of research and development, we introduced the big screen EDUCTOR on the market.
• Mandelay Kft has acquired a European trademark for both SCIO and EDUCTOR, and we have the device registrations in the following countries: USA, Australia, China.
• Our new software after the Clasp32 is called Clasp64, which means this software is running on 64bit operation systems as well (Windows 8 and 10), and compatible with the following devices: SCIO serial, SCIO USB, EDUCTOR Big screen and with the new Mandelay Q9 devices. The software is available for all owners, not only for the new customers!

What is the difference between the SCIO and QUEST9?

The difference is time and technology!

The SCIO was originally made at 2004 and at that time the LCD TV began to spread all over the world like the SCIO. However, during the past 14 years there have been significant technology developments and now we are talking about OLED and 4k TVs. While many of us still use an LCD TV and are completely happy with it, technology enhancements allow us to also provide a new generation of devices. So, the SCIO is an amazing device, but also in the biofeedback field, we need to keep pace with technology. The time has now come for more sophisticated and faster devices. The new device, in combination with the new software, will render better outcomes and allow you to boost your business with the new technology!

We have developed Clasp64 to give you a better and faster software and we are distributing this software with the devices you purchase from us or our brokers. We also decided to make this software available at no cost for owners of existing devices when we realized that many customers are not using their devices anymore because they can not afford the chargeable updates.

As the original manufacturer of the SCIO-EDUCTOR family of devices during all the years, we are both excited and proud to announce the new Mandelay Q9.
