You have two options to set up and manage your CLASP64 software:

  1. Do It Yourself 🛠️: Use our comprehensive FAQ and tutorial videos for step-by-step guidance.
  2. Get Technical Support 👨‍💻: For hands-on assistance with software installation, book a paid session with our tech team (€80/session).

Why FAQ Is Your Best Solution 💡🛠️

Our FAQ(Frequently asked questions and step by step guide) contains everything you need to install, troubleshoot, and optimize your software. Following the FAQ is the fastest and easiest way to resolve any issues. If you’re experiencing an error, the troubleshooting tips in the FAQ will likely have the solution you need. If not, you can always reach out to us at info@vibeyoup.com. 📨

Important Information 🧩

  • Supported Devices:
    • The latest software is compatible with Mandelay Q9 and SCIO devices.
    • Not Yet Compatible: Eductor (compatibility is under development for version “9.9.22”).
    • Incompatible: INDIGO, QXCI, Serial SCIO and any other devices.
  • Eductor Compatibility Update:
    • While Eductors appear inactive in the system, this does not impact the software that you currently use on your laptop.
  • Database Transfer Notice:
    • Due to new security standards, databases from older versions cannot be transferred to the new CLASP64 software. However, if you already use the 9.9.22. version, which you installed after September 2023 you can use the DB Tool (description for it can be found in the FAQ).
    • Solution for older versions: Take screenshots and manually re-enter patient information.
  • Microsoft Compatibility:
    • Version “9.9.22” is fully compatible with current Microsoft updates and essential system upgrades.
  • Language Availability:
    • The software supports Hungarian, English, Spanish, Italian, Russian, Portuguese, Korean, Dutch, French, and German.
  • Warranty Reminder:
    • Software installation is not covered under warranty services. See technical support options below.
  • Latest Version Policy:
    • Older software versions can no longer be activated. We recommend updating to the latest version to ensure uninterrupted access and support.
